  9. Here is what you need to do; Place the backup/original of Workbench into
  10. the drive and power up while holding down both mouse buttons.

  12. A menu will appear and boot with no Startup-Sequence. This will put you at
  13. a Dos prompt. Type...

  15. makedir DH1:temp (return)

  21. ...change the above to meet your drive needs. This will copy your files in
  22. DH0: to a different drive/partition, in the directory called "temp". The
  23. reason for "temp" is to make it easy to find where the files where copied.

  25. Just make sure you have the space to copy the files, or you won't get them

  28. Then check to make sure the files are there and reformat the drive.

  35. Don't use Disk Doctor!!!!!!!! Look in to getting the new version of
  36. DiskSalv (I think version 4). You can get version 2 off of AmiNet, but
  37. beware that version 2 has some bugs. But it is nowhere as bad as Disk
  38. Doctor.
